Synthetic filtration media comes in a varying range of depths and densities. Thermally bonded polyester fibres give high dust holding capacity in efficiencies ranging from EU2 to EU5. These materials are suitable for a wide range of applications including general HVAC, paint booths and countless industrial applications.

Significant savings can be made where used in place of card framed panel filters. With an initial purchase of a steel holding frame replacement pads are economical and convenient. Galvanized steel holding frames and replacement pads also provide a cost-effective solution where moisture prevents the use of card framed panel filters.
