RIGID V CELL Filters
The RBV filter is a totally rigid, sturdy and compact unit designed for the same uses as a regular bag filter, but with many notable advantages. Being constructed of tightly formed, self-supporting pleat slabs, it has extremely high capacity and remarkable low pressure-drop. Because it has such a large amount of media area, it also has outstanding dust holding capacity and length of life.
It is constructed of water-repellent, fire-resistant, anti-microbial polypropylene micro fibre pleats between continuous extruded polypropylene separators. This unique design means no deforming during use, allowing optimum performance at all times. Its moulded polypropylene frame means is not only extremely durable, but also lightweight and fully incinerable.
Designed for gas turbine and general HVAC applications, it is available in efficiencies from F6 to F9 and also carbon. It is economical not only as a purchase, but in maintenance cost reductions.
